Why can't I login to my account?
When logging into Webgains, you should enter the email address associated to your Webgains user account, along with the password that you have set.
Some reasons you may not be able to login could include:
Incorrect Credentials
If you are unsure of your password, you can click ‘Reset Password’ in the platform, and an email will be sent to you with a link to set a new password.
Account Activation
If your account has not been activated yet, you will not be able to login or reset your password.
When your user account is created, you should have received an Account Activation email with a link to click through that will activate your account and allow you to set a password.

Ad-Blockers
If you are seeing the error ‘Failed to Fetch’, this relates to Ad-Blockers.
Please disable any Ad-Blockers on your browser and device, and try again.
Permissions
If you are seeing a blank screen when you attempt to login, it may be that your user has insufficient permission levels.
It’s best to check with another team member who has another user on your publisher account and ask if they can check your permission level for you. If your permission is set to “No Login”, you will not be able to access the platform.
