How do I migrate publishers from another network?

Firstly, we appreciate you choosing Webgains as your affiliate network!

If you are looking to migrate your publishers from a previous network to Webgains, ensure you firstly have a list of your publishers including their site and organisation name.

Once your program is launched, please navigate to Publisher Search and invite the publishers by typing the name of the affiliate in the “Search Publisher” section.

Once the invite is sent, we also suggest sending over a personal email to the publisher notifying them that your program is now live on Webgains and you are ready to proceed with the cooperation. This way they are informed that they need to switch their tracking links to Webgains links.

What if the publisher is not on Webgains?

If the publisher hasn’t yet joined the Webgains network, please feel free to encourage the publisher to sign up via the following URL: https://www.webgains.com/signup.html?action=stepzero

Our publisher team will swiftly review the application and once admitted to the network, you can then invite the publisher to your program.
