How to Write a Good Newsletter to Publishers

Why are newsletters important?

Newsletters are an important communication tool that keeps our publishers informed, engaged, and aligned with program goals. By sharing timely updates, marketing insights, and collaboration opportunities, we help publishers optimise their activity and drive mutual growth.

We use newsletters to:

  • Notify publishers of upcoming promotions, offers, codes, product launches, and trending products

  • Update on new program features or T&C changes

  • Provide helpful marketing tips and best practices

  • Request marketing or exposure opportunities

What do we need to include?

Newsletters should be clear and to the point — publishers receive hundreds of updates, so make it easy for the to read by only focussing on essential information and key actions.

  • Subject line: Include programme name and topic/theme

  • Offer details: Promotional offer, campaign, or code

  • Call to action: Clearly state what we want publishers to do

  • Dates: Start and end dates of the offer

  • CPA increase: If relevant

  • Tracking link: To the offer or product page

  • Creative assets: Banners or supporting materials

  • Contact information: Direct contact for follow-up
