How can I book a tenancy with a brand?

A Tenancy is a record of an agreed rewarded action between an advertiser and a publisher. This is often an agreement for additional campaign elements or exposure that comes at an additional cost to the advertiser.

There are a few steps to consider before booking a tenancy with an advertiser:

1. First of all, we would like to encourage you to reach out to the corresponding Account Manager directly. This information is provided in the “Contact” section when clicking on the program. In the case of a self-managed program, the Edge team will put you in touch with the advertiser directly.

2. Once all the terms are agreed with the advertiser, an IO or contract agreement should be signed between the advertiser and publisher.

3. Once the contract/IO is signed, The advertiser/Webgains Account Manager will then add this payment through the Webgains platform as a Tenancy transaction. This will be paid out to the publisher on the payment run following the Processing Date (typically the date that the exposure/tenancy starts) and subsequent Invoice to the advertiser.
