How do I check my reports and earnings?
Checking Activity and Commissions
Once you have created and placed your ads, you can keep track of the data under Reports. Within this section, you can choose to view a number of reports including transaction reports, click reports as well as individual program performance reports.
You have the option to customise and download reports, using the filters available.
Account Report
Use the Account Report to view your overall account performance in a given period.

Transaction Report
Within Transaction reports, you can see the status and details of the commissions you’ve earned through each transaction that is tracked.
You can filter these transactions by status to see Confirmed, In Recall and Cancelled transactions.
By clicking the blue 'Action' button next to each transaction, you can see further details on the transaction including recall times, landing pages and tracking information.

Top Programs Report
In order to check your top performing programs, you can generate a Top Programs report, which can be done under Reports, then Program Performance.
To view Top Programs for a specific campaign, select the name of your campaign under Sites, and add any other relevant filters: Country, Transaction Type, Currency etc.
You can download the report as CSV or XLS file.
Product Performance Report
Use the Product Performance Report to view the performance of sold products. Click the ‘Program name’ to view further details of that program.
It’s important to note that not every advertiser will have product level tracking in place, so this report will only show available data for the programs that track products within transactions.
Clickref Performance Report
Use the Clickref Report to view the performance of your program via the click reference metric.
‘Clickref’ is an optional parameter to include within your tracking links when promoting a program. It can be used to set custom publisher click reference values. This click reference can then be used in various reports available in Webgains, including viewing the specific click reference for a transaction. This value is truncated at 255 characters.
Voucher Performance Report
Use the Voucher Performance report to view the performance of vouchers and utilise filters to refine your results. This allows you to check the highest performing voucher codes you are promoting for programs.
Similar to the Product Report, the Voucher report will only show the available data for programs that have Voucher Tracking in place. Most Webgains advertisers do track their voucher codes within transactions, but it’s important to be mindful of this when checking reports.
