How do I create a tracking link for a program?

Tracking links can be created for programs using specific Ads that a program has on offer, which can be found within the Ads Manager in your publisher account.

However, if you are just looking to create a standard tracking link for a program, you can do so with our Deep Link Creator tool.

Here, you simply need to select the program you wish to create a tracking link for (note, you must be joined to the program), and include a few extra/optional details:

• If you want to create an HTML text link, enter your text in the ‘Text’ field. If you are looking to generate a URL only, you can leave this field blank and tick ‘Display URL only’.

• ‘Destination URL’ is optional, but if you'd like to link to a specific landing page other than the program’s landing page, enter the URL here. Otherwise, your ad will link through to the program's default landing page (this is typically the advertiser’s site homepage).

• ‘Click Reference’ is also optional, but it allows you to attach your own identifier to a link. This will then be available in your reports, allowing you to see which links your users have clicked on.

Your Deep Link will then display in the field underneath these settings, and you can Copy Link and use in your promotions as necessary.
