How can I offer multiple commission types through the Webgains Shopify app?

I want to offer more than one commission type, how can I do this? 

Integrating with our Shopify plugin also enables our Smart Commissions features. This includes setting custom commission schemes based on Items (product based commission), Product Categories, Product Groups, and Customer Type (new/existing customer).

How do I pay commission on shipping and VAT? 

The plugin calculates the value of a sale with VAT and shipping deducted. If you would like a different configuration, please contact your integration manager to discuss alternate solutions.
