How do we set up UTM Parameters in Webgains for tracking in Google Analytics?

Clickthrough parameters are values that we will add to the destination URL of every click generated by a Webgains publisher. These are typically used by advertisers within their analytics reporting to help identify that the user has been referred by a Webgains publisher. When a user clicks on a Webgains referral link, the URL parameters are sent to the analytics platform (such as Google Analytics) and the parameter values can be used in the analytics platform reporting.
