I'm having trouble logging in, what should I do?

To login to the Webgains platform, please go to https://login.webgains.io/ .

Should you have any issues when logging in, please see below some of the common reasons and what to do in these cases.

Issue: ‘Failed to Fetch’ error message displayed when trying to login.

  • Disable any Ad-Blockers (on your browser and/or device).

  • Disable any VPN you are using.

  • Clear your browser cache.

Issue: Page does not load

This could occur after a user's permissions have been reset or changed. Firstly, please try clearing your cache or try in incognito mode, or another browser. 

If this does not work, please see if another of your team members with a user login can access the account and check your user permissions.

Issue: Incorrect Username/Password error

Firstly, make sure you are entering your correct Webgains password and the email address used for your Webgains user account. If you are still having issues, please follow the Reset Password steps to create your new user password.

Issue: Blank Screen / Spinning Wheel

This normally represents insufficient user permissions for the account, where the user may be set as 'No Login' permission. In this case, you should ask another member of your team (who has an admin-level login on the account) to login and check/change your user permissions to enable access.
