How do I find the Webgains tracked Order Reference in the Shopify app?
How can I find the transaction in Shopify with the longer Order Reference from Webgains?
When a customer places an order on Shopify, you might notice that the order reference tracked by Webgains is different from the one shown in Shopify’s admin panel. This happens because Shopify may generate an alternate order ID during the checkout process. Here are two ways to locate the correct transaction in Shopify using the Webgains-provided order reference:

In order to easily find the Order Reference tracked by Webgains to Shopify platform, copy & paste the longer Order Reference (the one tracked by Webgains) in the search bar and in any case, Shopify will find the correct Order for you.

The other way would be to add the “comment” column to Webgains Transactions Report section, that will capture the admin page of the Shopify Order and this will lead you to the correct Order Reference.
