When will my feed update in the Webgains platform?

When you upload a Product Feed to the Webgains platform, you can select the frequency of feed ‘fetching’. In other words; how often Webgains will check your feed for updated product information.

This can be set to either Daily, Weekly or Monthly, with time/day configuration available so you can determine when we should re-fetch the feed.

You can then view the fetching history of the product feed within your program’s Feed Manager, where it will reflect as either Successfully processed (along with run time and product count), or should there be any errors detected in your feed they will be displayed along with an error log for download.
