Search the publisher URL, site name or organisation name.
View key information about those publishers, to ensure they are the right match for your program.
Send personalised invites quickly, and view the invite status.
What does the feature do?
Searching for New Publishers
Use the smart search to return the publishers you are looking for, making the task of growing your program connections easier than ever. Adding a search term will auto-complete with matching publishers.
We’ve also included key metrics, such as Channel Type and Categories, as part of the filters and table data to add more support and clarity when finding suitable publishers to connect with.
When you have searched for the publishers you are interested in, you are displayed a clear table of results. This table of results holds key information about each publisher, such as the number of programs they are joined with, or their average monthly clicks, allowing you to gain further insights into those publishers you may want to work with.
In addition to this, you can click on the publisher name to open the publisher details pop-up. This pop-up contains publisher details and the joining history for this publisher site, allowing you to view even more details about that particular publisher to determine if they are the right publisher to invite!

When you have viewed all these impactful details about the publisher, via the table or pop-up, and you are ready to invite them - you can use the tool to easily:

Publisher Joining History
Displaying the joining history allows you to clearly assess the success of any previous invite attempts with that publisher site.
The status of publishers is displayed clearly, showing advertiser users which publisher sites are invited already and who rejected their invite, as well as showing those publisher sites who they are free to invite right now!
Please note, this tool will only return publisher sites that are active on the Webgains network in the search results. The tool also only returns publishers that the program is currently not joined to.
