Within the Webgains advertiser platform, you are able to bulk communicate with publishers joined to your program via the Email My Publishers tool. This is particularly useful if you have new offers, promotional assets, or program updates to share with your publishers.

Should you need to contact specific publishers on an individual basis, such as to discuss campaign opportunities or other details of your partnership, within the Publisher Review section of the platform you can locate the publisher you wish to contact to view their information including a contact email address linked to their account.
