How can I see a program's commission rate?

Within your publisher account, navigate to the Programs section and locate the program you wish to find out the commission for.

Click the program’s name, and then the ‘Commissions’ tab of the information modal.

Here you will find two tabs: Commission Details and Smart Commissions.

Commission rates listed under Commission Details represent traditional event commissions that the program has set up.

Commission rates listed under Smart Commissions represent where the program is utilising the Webgains Smart Commissions feature, which enables more flexible commission set up including offering commission based on product SKU, product categories, customer type, and more.

If a Smart Commission rate is set to any of these rules, you will be able to click and expand (e.g. on ‘Product SKUs’ or ‘Product Categories’) to view the products that the rule applies to.

Incase multiple Smart Commission ‘rule’ configurations are met within a transaction, there is a Priority order that will take effect. The Priority goes in Ascending order, starting with 0 having the highest priority (i.e., 0 will be checked first).
