What's the process if I need to update my Webgains tracking code?
If you need to update your Webgains tracking code, perhaps migrating to a new shopsystem or tracking platform, you must notify Webgains at least 7 working days before making any changes on your website/mobile app that may affect the tracking code.
You should contact your Webgains Account Manager, or support@webgains.com, notifying of the change request so that they can gain the necessary guidance from our integration team to support the change.
As per the Webgains advertiser terms & conditions, if you remove or alter the Tracking Code without Webgains’ consent, you will be requested to indemnify Webgains for the damages incurred.
