Why has my publisher account been Unscreened?

Before a publisher will be paid, we perform routine checks on their program in accordance with our Screening Process.

If our Compliance team has observed any unusual activity or lack of clarity in certain areas, they may un-screen your account whilst an investigation takes place.

We open investigations when we have lack of clarity in the below areas:

  • promotional methods to drive traffic

  • specific concerns on where the advertiser is being promoted

  • unclear if site belongs to the publisher generating the sales

  • the publisher looks to be running performance display activity

Once the publisher responds to the email, we proceed accordingly based on the information they give us and make an informed judgement call on whether to ask further questions, accept their response as suitable, or suspend.
