To join and remain on the Webgains network, advertisers must not promote, sell, distribute, facilitate access to, or derive revenue from any products, services, or content that are illegal, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by these Guidelines.
Prohibited Products, Services, and Content
The following categories are not permitted on the Webgains network:

Adult or pornographic content

Escort services or prostitution

Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia

Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosive materials

Hate speech, extremist content, or content that promotes discrimination, violence, or harassment

Counterfeit, pirated, or infringing products

Malware, spyware, hacking tools, or other malicious software

Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading products, services, or schemes

Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or get-rich-quick schemes

Gambling and sports betting

Cryptocurrency and crypto-related products or services

Payday loans and high-cost credit products

Tobacco products
-
Any products, services, or content that violate applicable laws or regulations in the countries in which they are promoted
While Tobacco products are prohibited, Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes), vaping products, and vaping accessories are permitted, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Enforcement
Webgains reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any advertiser account, website, campaign, product, or service that, in our reasonable opinion, breaches these Guidelines or presents legal, regulatory, reputational, security, or brand-safety risks.
These Guidelines may be updated from time to time. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their business and promotional activities remain compliant with the latest version.
