Integrating Your New Program with Webgains

After signing a new contract with Webgains, there are multiple steps required to get your program fully integrated and ready for publishers to start promoting your program. Your Integration Manager will contact your with a Welcome Email, and provide an overview of the steps needed.

This includes:

• Tracking Implementation & Testing

• Program Description & Terms

• Program Assets & Banners

• Product Feed (not mandatory, but suggested)

For the best chance of success when launching your first affiliate program, it’s vital that you have an understanding of the fundamental elements of a successful affiliate program launch.

It’s important to have a clear strategy for the channel activity, and guidance in how to ensure you are paying the right commission to publishers. There are also other marketing tasks involved, including providing a program description, terms and conditions and creative assets. If you are a Supported (managed) advertiser on Webgains, then this can be discussed during your Consultation Call once you have joined the network, where your account manager will help discuss strategy and program set-up.
