How do I create a good description and T&Cs for my program?
Your program description should include a short summary of your business; who you are, what you offer, and any key metrics that might appeal to prospective publisher partners to encourage them to promote your program. It’s also key to include some information about what a publisher can expect when joining your program, like your commission structure, which assets and marketing material is available for them to use in promotions, cookie duration, recall period, PPC policy, and any other details about your program that can impact a publisher’s performance.

From May 13th 2013 PROGRAM NAME will not allow any brand bidding on their affiliate
programme.PROGRAM NAME will not allow trademark nor trademark plus (PROGRAM NAME + generic keyword, or variations thereof) bidding. No bidding on: PROGRAM NAME (as well as any variations thereof), as well as any and all product titles.

Any affiliate who chooses not to work within all PROGRAM NAME terms will be excluded from the programme and may not be eligible to receive commissions earned during that month.
Use of Voucher Codes:
Using a voucher not published on the Webgains Platform will result in the sale being voided / awarded to another publisher.
Orders placed via Webgains with a voucher posted on the webgains platform will be awarded.
We do allow the use of deep links, of which we will provide in our links / banners section - any sales by these are welcome, however, if the sale is from a link that is not on our Webgains programme, we will void it.

PROGRAM operates a Closed PPC policy and any approved affiliates would need to adhere to the following terms: Affiliates are requested to not direct traffic directly to any PROGRAM brand websites.
No PROGRAM or associated brand terms can appear in your Display URL, Title or description. This includes upper and lower case terms.
Affiliates shall not purchase any domains that include any variation or misspell of the PROGRAM/brand terms.
Affiliates are not allowed to display their ads when PROGRAM or variations PROGRAM, including misspellings, are entered as search keywords. No brand bidding at all is allowed and where required brand terms should be added as negative matches.
Unless permission has been given by PROGRAM, affiliates should avoid bidding on brand name + generic terms including brand+voucher.
PROGRAM reserves the right to suspend any affiliates from the program immediately if they are found to be in breach of the above terms and conditions.
