How do I customise the automated emails publishers receive?

Publishers are sent various automated messages when their membership status changes on your program (if they are approved, rejected, suspended, and so on).

To change the automated affiliate communications template, go to your Program Settings (under the “Settings” header on the bottom left-hand side). 

This will show a list of all programs under your merchant account. Click the Edit icon on the right-hand side of the program you wish to edit.

Select the “Email Messages” tab and add your new message templates for each message type:
